Please note that, as of the end of November 2011, our PIES no longer qualify as trans-fat-free. The nutritionals on this page have not yet been updated for the change in the type of shortening. We are working as hard as we can to get them quickly updated for you. The only differences should be in the amount of trans-fats in the crust, and the shortening type shown in the ingredient list. (It is now Pure All-Vegetable Shortening, made from Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil and Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil. It no longer contains any Palm Oil.)
